Artful Beginnings, LLC is the brainchild of Kati Thomas, who is the principal owner. Kati is a graphic designer who worked for years in the Philadelphia area. She also has a Fine Arts degree in crafts/textiles. Her love of fabrics and silk in particular led her to experiment with the emerging field of digitally printed textiles. She has a small studio in Vermont where she creates the work you see pretty much on her own, except for the eventual, much appreciated help form her family. Kati will have other assistants to work with, as Artful Beginnings grows.

Artful Beginnings strives to provide quality, heirloom textiles which are truly one-of-a-kind. Artful Beginnings provides custom wedding pieces made of silk and cotton such as handkerchiefs, fabric wedding invitations, scrolls, favors and others.
